Can drinking structured water make you happier?

Updated: Apr 9, 2021

In March 2021, a study by Chinese researchers that was published in Nature showed that structured water molecules were surrounding a key receptor involved in Serotonin signalling in the human brain.

Serotonin is an hormone signalling a feeling of happiness, which is made by breaking down tryptophan. You'll usually find tryptophan in fish, poultry, cheese... (is this why I like cheese so much?)

Not only do these researchers acknowledge that structured water is indeed a real configuration of water molecules, but the binding role of structured water around receptors linked to Serotonin may give some indications as to why many people who drink structured water every day, report feeling good and love drinking it.

Drinking structured water can help to restore your body's cellular structured water levels and their function, which diminish as a direct result of the ageing process. This gives you much more of the benefits associated with drinking regular water such as improved hydration, oxygenation with flow-on effects for cognitive function, sleep, focus, mood, skin condition etc. That's why it's sometimes called 'energised water'!

The findings of the study highlighted above indicates the vital role that structured water has in sustaining the basal activity of 5-HT or Serotonin receptors – in short, it's one of the keys to happiness!

Our customers report that drinking structured water makes them feel good. What if drinking structured water could make you feel happier and healthier? We think it will! Try it for 30 days and feel an improvement (the gains will keep coming long after that, too), or we'll give you your money back.
