Definitely not structured water:

  • Tap water PROS: Cheap, available CONS: contaminated (toxins, fluoride, chlorine, toxic residues), no energy, informationally toxic, aluminium...

  • Bottled water (mineral or not) PROS: available, clean from toxins CONS: Expensive, no energy, wasteful packaging

  • Filtered water (house system or filter jugs) PROS: available, clean from toxins CONS: Expensive (or very expensive), replacement of parts/filters, no energy

All those waters have a huge problem, low energy, no structure, but tap water is considerably worse because it has informational toxicity and chemical toxicity.

Potentially structured water:

Most likely not structuring or structuring with a very low level of energy, but those systems may induce some structure.

  • Reverse osmosis alkalising water system PROS: better chemical composition, available CONS: Very expensive, low energy, installation cost , replacement of parts

  • Ionising system  PROS: better chemical composition CONS: Very expensive, low energy

Structured water:

  • Structuring units (pipe or wall)

PROS: Whole water system structured, available

CONS: Expensive, Installation/ plumber required

  • Structuring Vortex Water jug

PROS: High energy structure, on the go, versatile, cheap, convenient

CONS: Limited capacity (families may need two)

  • Structured water in a bottle

PROS: High energy structure

CONS: Expensive, wasteful, limited supply

  • Water from fruits and vegetables

PROS: High energy structure, contains other synergistic natural compounds (terpenoids, flavonoids...)

CON: Juicing requires preparation

  • Water found in a wild stream

PRO: As nature intended

CON: Not usually found in your kitchen
